Responsibilities & Context
Marketing & Business Development
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase orders for Carton, Poly, Garments Packaging, and all related Garments Accessories & Packaging products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Garment Factories, Buying Houses, Group of Companies, Exporters, Manufacturers, and Corporate Clients.
Conduct regular market visits to generate leads, strengthen brand presence, and build strong business networks.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized product solutions.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-up and after-sales support.
Develop strategies to retain existing clients and secure repeat business.
Strategic Planning & Decision-Making
Take initiative in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry developments.
Recommend improvements in pricing strategies, product offerings, customer service, and market expansion.
Identify new market segments and business opportunities to support long-term company growth.
Sales Operations
Prepare monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate closely with the production, planning, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor sales performance and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales documentation.
