Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy, Chemistry
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy, Chemistry
Experience

Experience with ERP/Inventory Management Software and MS Excel is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, issuance, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure effective inventory control.
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and batch-wise inventory management.
Ensure proper segregation and identification of quarantine, approved, rejected, damaged, expired, and near-expiry products.
Monitor warehouse temperature, humidity, cleanliness, safety, security, and proper storage conditions.
Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
Monitor product expiry, near-expiry, shortage, excess, and damaged stock and take necessary action.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, company SOPs, and warehouse policies.
Maintain all warehouse documents, registers, batch records, stock reports, and inventory-related records.
Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports to management.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Sales, Production, QA/QC, and other relevant departments.
Ensure timely availability and proper dispatch of products according to approved requirements.
Identify warehouse operational issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and maintain an organized storage system.
Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Ensure safe handling of pharmaceutical products and minimize product damage, loss, and wastage.
