- Comprehensive knowledge in drawing development 2D in AutoCAD is must, proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advices and suggestions for improvement of particular project.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
- Supervision of the work as per the project schedule and make necessary adjustment based on the progress.
- Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
- Experienced in the building works in construction sector·
- Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Any other tasks assign by the Management.
