• Comprehensive knowledge in drawing development 2D in AutoCAD is must, proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advices and suggestions for improvement of particular project.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Supervision of the work as per the project schedule and make necessary adjustment based on the progress.
• Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
• Experienced in the building works in construction sector·
• Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Any other tasks assign by the Management.
