Responsibilities & Context
Performs site inspection/site survey prior to structural design to ensure that work will be in accordance with the site conditions and specifications of the client.
Responsible for document creation such as detailed design drawings, methodologies, schedules, fabrication drawings, calculations, and other deliverables ensuring clarity, completeness, and quality in design output and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and constantly review plans, construction drawings, cost estimates, and specifications before actual construction begins
Estimate material, labor, or civil/structural costs for budget preparation.
Responsible for the creation of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantity, and technical report.
Perform other tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.
