Responsibilities & Context

• Scheme preparation, measurement, calculation & supervision of infrastructural work·
• Profound knowledge on construction estimation calculation and techniques
• Profound knowledge on rates of construction & building material and different trades Experience in working in Building Construction Project.
• Technical monitoring of ongoing civil engineering workTechnical report preparationFull responsibility for Civil Working of the site.
• To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
• Manage and ensure all sorts of renovation work as per the company schedule.
• Sound knowledge to understand the construction site drawing like Structural Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical.
• Identify problem area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
• Managing labor, sub-contractor, sub-ordinates etc. strictly with a commanding voice Communicating with head office.
• In one word maintaining a whole construction site.
• Profound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word.
• Qualifications: ·
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Additional Requirements:
• Working experience especially on multi-storied building and ability to handle all the project management work will get preference.·
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.·
• Strong leadership skill.·
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently·
• Must be tech savvy.
