Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a talented and driven Civil Engineer at least 5 years of experience to join our engineering team at Gas1 Ltd., Mirsorai Economic Zone (Chittagong)

• Entire quality control/technical supervision of high rise building construction including basement construction.
• Site supervision activities, including monitoring, reporting and verification of work done.
• Contract management.
• Position require prepare and modify construction details, specifications according to site conditions.
• Prepare schedule of daily/ monthly/ yearly work program for timely completion of project.
• Prepare detail estimate, the quantity of materials required for successful completion of project.
• Check requisition for materials needed in phase wise, ensure that the project is no way hampered for scarcity of material.
• Scrutinize the bill submitted by the suppliers, contractors, ensuring the quality/quantity supplied commensurate with the estimated amount.
