Requirements
Education

Responsibilities & Context
Job Description / Responsibility
Capability of full understanding of interior and construction work.
Capability of full understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
Ensure work done of site as per design & drawing.
Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per target set by management.
Estimating of works quantities from drawings and preparing material and cost estimation of projects at any level of work.
Able to prepare of work plan, monitoring works assignment of company personnel and contractors.
Coordinate between Site, Project Manager, and Head of constructions of Head office for smooth execution of project works.
Ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
Arranging to send all contractor’s bills to Head office by actual measurement of project.
Monitoring and controlling of material quantities, qualities, etc.
Reporting to Head Office on project implementation progress of construction by Daily/weekly/monthly.
