Job Responsibilities

• Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.
• Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
• Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
• Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
• Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
• Preparation & placing of requisition of materials for procurement
• Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
