Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible to supervise, monitor and ensure overall construction works including finishing work as per specification.

• Estimate of materials, work volume.

• To prepare project and material planning.

• To monitor material requisition period and delivery timelines to ensuring project work.

• To follow-up project activities & should have strong command on project site.

• To ensure quality construction works.

• To control costs and wastages, maintain inventory & stocks.

• To ensure smooth operation of project activities.

• To identify errors, gaps and escalate as required and maintaining site safety.

• Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Higher Management.
