Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to supervise ongoing construction work and ensure high-quality execution in line with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a civil engineer in construction and building development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare daily progress reports and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines on-site.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
