• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor/Honors

Experience

• Candidates must have detail knowledge about interior and construction materials, finishing materials and the installation process about these materials.
• Capable to attend site meetings.
• Have to work outside of Dhaka.
• Have to work from from site as well as well as office.

Responsibilities & Context

• Report to Project Engineer about Progression, Complications, Required Steps regarding execution of the Projects.
• Candidates must have experience in supervising both civil construction and interior finishing work. Man power distribution in sections as per requirement.
• Candidates have to do estimation for site work.
• Ensure optimum utilization men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
• Implement the Projects as per Design & Specifications.
• Preparation of Estimation, Bill, Daily Progress Report.
• Supervise & Check Sub-Contractor Work & Bill.
• Preparation of Daily Budget, Work Schedule.
• Monitor day to day work of the Projects.
• Provide Guidance & Monitor Junior Engineers
