Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision – Dynamism – Good skills in ensuring quality materials.
Dynamic and proactive, with a focus on ensuring the use of quality materials.
Proficient in interpreting civil engineering drawings and overseeing related works.
Experience in construction, Operation & Maintenance of Chlorinated Piped Water Distribution Networks at Rohingya Refugees Camp & host community.

Supervise on-site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed according to plans and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and verify that all work adheres to project specifications and safety regulations.
Interpret and implement detailed civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
Provide technical guidance and resolve any on-site issues related to engineering design and execution.
Assist to project engineer in reviewing design changes and ensuring effective implementation.
Enforce safety regulations on site and ensure all workers adhere to health and safety standards.
Maintain communication with project engineer regarding progress, changes, and any concerns.
Maintain up-to-date records of all construction activities, quality check of construction materials and equipment at store as well as at construction site.
Address unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope and find practical solutions.
Adapt to changing project demands and ensure the timely delivery of project objectives.
Prepare regular or need based reports on activity status, highlighting any issues, delays, or risks.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates.

Construction and upgradation of piped water systems in the Rohingya refugee camps and host communities-Camp 15 & adjacent Host community Ukhia.

The duration of the contract will be until March 31, 2026.
