Requirements

Education

Diploma in Civil

Experience

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

Additional Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years

Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Housing, or Construction.

Practical knowledge of construction and site supervision will be preferred.

Must be responsible, hardworking, and willing to work at project sites.

Good communication and coordination skills.

The selected candidate must be willing to perform additional duties as required by the Managing Director (MD).

If necessary, the employee may be required to work beyond regular office hours for urgent or official company work.

The employee may also be required to attend the office or project site on government/public holidays when there is official company work.

Responsibilities & Context

Office Hours – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Assist with project director and construction,project-related activities.

Monitor ongoing construction and site work.

Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project teams.

Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.

Prepare and maintain necessary site reports and documentation.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
