Education
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Reputed Government/Private Institute.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 30 years
- Must have knowledge of various construction works such as land development, pilings, building structure, Building Finishing.
- Must have experience in Real Estate Sector & also have good knowledge of drawing & design.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD-2D is expected.
- Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervision of all civil construction works.
- Ensure completion of project as per schedule.
- All kinds of supervision for structural & finishing work i:e Soil test, Building Layout, Piling (Precast/Situ), Load Test, Mat /Basement foundation, RCC Colum/lift/wall/ retaining wall, Brick work, Shuttering etc.
- Prepare Estimate of all kind of materials as per drawing.
- Prepare Bill of Contractor and Sub Contractor, certify the quantity and quality as per site execution.
