Working Experience:

At least 10/15 years serving as a Construction Engineer/Site Engineerfor any real estate development company.
The candidate should have mandatory experience with at least 5 (five) buildings of 10 floors, from inspection, construction supervision especially high-quality finishing work and quality control and lookafter till the hand over process.
Have to be working experience in computer AutoCAD 2D/3D design, Floor plan.
Extra Qualification: Must be a follower of Islam and very pious. Bearded person is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context

Able to interpret drawings (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) Authority (RAJUK) Drawing, Site Supervision& Site related activitiesand implement those at site accordingly.
Extensive knowledge of piling construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Able to supervise rebar binding and form work before pouring concrete all the type of RCC work as per the drawing etc.
Able to supervise all type of finishing jobs with high quality finish.
Able to guide contractor with daily work program.Check & confirm safety & security during site work, maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
Execute project modification work as per drawing from concerned Consultant.
Managing Quality, budgets, resources and ensuring project completion timelines.
Supervision of Construction of building & finishing work in the apartment building and adequate skill for preparation of work schedule, checking of measurement books etc.
Time to time follow up& maintaining register of materials requisition, materials receiving, materials QC & checking bills.
Vast knowledge of present construction/interior materials source and price.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
Supervise contractors, labor, project management & service support.
Customer handling in our register maintain & others.
Personal Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and a team-oriented mindset.
Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
