We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Engineer to oversee and manage our construction activities, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all construction activities to ensure alignment with the project plan, timeline, and budget.
– Provide on-site technical guidance to contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
– Ensure construction adheres to approved designs, structural drawings, and quality standards.
– Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues and incorporate design changes.
– Communicate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
– Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly site progress.
– Address delays or issues impacting the project timeline and propose corrective actions.
– Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment to enhance efficiency.
– Manage on-site logistics, including equipment and material storage.
– Maintain detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and challenges.
– Prepare and submit regular reports to the project manager or senior management.
– Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
– Provide post-construction technical support, if necessary.
Requirements:
– Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
– 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate industry.
– Proficient in construction processes, building materials, and safety regulations.
– Competent in project management software and MS Office tools.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
