• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering will get priority.

Experience

• 3 to 4 years

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 28 years

• Must be 3 – 4 years of work experience in Real Estate Industry only.
• Must stay at the project site.
• Candidate must be a non-smoker.

Responsibilities & Context

Applications are invited for the position of Site Engineer (Real Estate) for Construction Department.

If you cannot stay at the project site full-time, please do not apply for this position.

• Supervising the construction of the assigned site, ensuring designs are followed to maintain construction quality, estimating required materials and managing the supply chain with suppliers.
• Periodically comparing actual work progress with the planned schedule and taking necessary actions to maintain the project’s work schedule.
• Managing the site supervisor, caretaker, laborers and other personnel.
• Communicating with the head office regarding the implementation of works.
• Preparing construction MPR (Monthly Progress Report), MRR (Material Receipt Register) and other necessary document formats.
• Reporting to the project engineer and the relevant department, and checking received materials.
• Supervising and executing the construction of building projects, including shore piling, basement work, superstructure, sanitary and plumbing systems, and total finishing works as per the drawings.
• Should be able to manage the project independently.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Engineer from time to time.
