Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute in Bangladesh

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Architecture Firm, Poultry, Real Estate, Fisheries

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 38 years

• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, structural analysis tools, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively or relocate as per project requirement.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quality controlling & monitoring the project progress.
• Strong knowledge on Building construction.
• Supervising of all Construction Works.

Responsibilities & Context

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and execution.

• Preparation of conceptual design, drawing and specifications for management review and approval.
• Preparation of budget and schedule aspects of the project, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
• Coordination with the purchase team and identifying the potential contractors and suppliers.
• Coordination with the electrical team for finalizing of the electrical, plumbing requirement & identifying the potential contractors, suppliers.
• Conduct the site meetings and monitor the execution of the projects time to time.
• Monitor the status of the project on daily basis and interacting with contractors, suppliers for timely completion of project.
• Analyze budget vs. actual expenditures to identify variances and optimize future project planning.
• Preparation of daily project work activities and monthly progress reports for Project Head.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during the civil works.
• Preserve all the required documents related to projects for future record purpose.
