Designers guild, an Architectural and Engineering Consulting Firm is searching for deserving candidates for immediate appointment.
Job Responsibilities:
- To supervise large-scale construction works independently and maintaining measurement book (MB) .
- To prepare daily work progress report and submit to the authority concern.
- To follow the construction schedule.
- Project planning, prepare BOQ, estimating, costing, bill checking.
- To place the material purchase requisition (MPR) as per drawing and design and ensure the quality of supplied materials based on the specification.
- Maintain stock, Keep track of physical stock and computer records.
- To maintain liaison with contactors, clients and management.
