Responsibilities & Context

The Skin Care Product Specialist is responsible for promoting and educating customers on skincare products, providing tailored advice, and supporting sales through deep product knowledge. They serve as a bridge between the brand and consumers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge and Promotion:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and proper usage.
  • Educate customers and clients (e.g., dermatologists, aestheticians, retail staff) about products.
  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns.

Customer Engagement:

  • Provide personalized consultations to understand customer skin concerns and recommend appropriate products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Sales Support:

  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for both consumers and retail staff.

Market Research and Feedback:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategies.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on consumer needs and preferences.
