Responsibilities & Context
- Be familiar with the carrier’s network structure
- Know the PS/EPC/IMS/CS Core network structure..
- Effectively communicate with medium/technical customers or internal personnel about technical solutions, project plans, and progresses and ensure customer satisfaction so that are no valid complaints from internal and external customers.
