Position: Additional/ Deputy General Manager, Quality Assurance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize and implement all departmental activities to smooth running of Quality Control and Quality Assurance & Product Development (Pharma) operations.
- Develop & implement Quality Management System, lead QA/QC/PD team, conduct audits, analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement through collaboration & reporting.
- Implement the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), requirements of DGDA and ISO in the Factory.
- Ensure that the products meet predetermined standard of Quality and Safety to maintain the highest Quality Standard in our own, contract and toll manufacturing sites.
- Management of Market complaints and ensure corrective action to reduce product complaints.
- Implementation of Change control, Deviation control and Risk analysis.
- Ensure in time release or reject of In-coming materials and Products.
- New product development and determine the shelf life of the products.
- Maintain and ensure System Applications and Products (SAP) in the QA operation.
- Monitor and ensure the vendor selection procedure.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Pharmacy
- At least 15 years of relevant experience where 5 years as HoD
- Age maximum 50 years
- Must have leadership capabilities
- Decision Making, Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel is essential
- Good communication skills both in English and Bangla
