Additional Requirements
- More than 2 years experience in NOC (Network Operation Center) FO (Front Office) or HelpDesk or other relevant work.
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunication fields like Core Network and Wireless Network.
- Understand workflows and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Good skill with Office software etc.
- Willing to learn, active and positive.
Responsibilities & Context
- Work in SOC (Service Operation Center) and responsible for Service Quality & Customer Experience monitoring.
- Monitor Network traffic, user number and other important KPI via Dashboard and report to management in case of degradation.
- Submit SOC correlated daily/weekly/monthly reports to management and customer.
- Escalate to management during TT & WO analysis and handling according according to SLA requirement.
- Basic analyze for some common alarms according to experience database before escalating to SOC Analysis Engineer.
