• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Social & Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with the company’s marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.

Content Creation:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.

Community Management:

• Manage and monitor all social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and nurture an engaged online community.

Performance Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach.

Advertising Campaigns:

• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to promote services and drive conversions.
