Education

• Bachelor/Honors

Minimum graduation in Business Studies, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field (Related training in Social Enterprise or Business Development will get preference)

Experience

• At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 03 years’ work experience in similar sector (experience with only evidence and relevance will count).
• Practical experience in social enterprise business.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory processes for social enterprises launch and operation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for problem-solving.
• Decision-making ability, partnership-building, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Skilled in business plan development and market research for opportunity identification.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multi-national, and multi-cultural environment.
• Basic managerial skills to build and lead a team, with or without supervision.

Good Neighbors (1991) is an international humanitarian, development and non-governmental organization with membership in General Consultative Status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Winner of MDG 2 award 2007 and UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development 2024, Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 2 Projects with Specific Program (PSP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and Rohingya emergency response activities. Compensation & Other Benefits

Consolidated Remuneration Tk 30,000 (per month). Plus 100% festival bonus, 15 days paid leave excluding public holidays and training opportunities for career development.
