Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

The Social Media Ad Expert/Creator will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires creativity in ad creation, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy, tailored to specific audiences.

Conduct audience research to identify and define target demographics for each campaign.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all ads.

Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising.

Perform A/B testing on different ad creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign elements to continually improve performance.

Manage and optimize budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

People with experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies are especially encouraged to apply.

Any other tasks deemed necessary by the management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in social media advertising, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Expertise in using social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads).

Strong creative skills, with the ability to design visually engaging ads.Proficiency in ad creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Excellent analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
