Job Description:

Our mission is to provide accessible, personalized, and effective mental health care through our AI therapist platform, helping individuals lead healthier, happier lives.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Social Media & Marketing Associate based in Bangladesh to help us grow our online presence, craft impactful visuals, and engage with our audience. This remote role requires self-sufficiency, reliable internet, and a proactive attitude. Both full-time and part-time arrangements are available. Role may involve additional tasks outside the core job description, reflecting the dynamic nature of a startup.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

• Develop, schedule, and post content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, liking posts, and building community relationships.
• Monitor platform performance and implement strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.

Content Creation & Graphic Design:

• Design visually compelling graphics and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Produce and edit short promotional videos or ads.
• Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand voice across all creative content.

Marketing Strategy & Analytics:

• Use social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) to manage campaigns efficiently.
• Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and optimize strategy.
• Incorporate basic SEO techniques, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising best practices into overall efforts.

Copywriting & Communication:

• Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy in English.
• Collaborate across time zones with our US-based team, using video conferencing, chat, and email to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Outreach & Lead Generation:

• Make cold calls to prospective clients, introduce Effectaive, pitch our services, and set appointments.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when reaching out to potential customers.
