Qualification and Skills:

• Passion for social media and proficiency with major platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok etc)
• Experience in marketing and sales coordination, with an understanding of B2C social media engagement.
• Excellent social listening skill and ability to understand audience needs
• Comfortable working in a remote environment, with a professional setup for a daily video calls.
• Facebook Ads and Google Ads proficiency
• 1 – 2 years of experience in B2C social media management, sales, marketing and content development.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our clients’ social media accounts, pages, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
• Use social media management tools to schedule posts and track performance.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports on social media performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to manage data, track KPIs, and report results.
• Maintain a professional remote work environment, suitable for conference calls and daily video meetings.
• Handle multiple client’s social media accounts, page and campaigns.
