Responsibilities & Context
- Creating shareable video content and deliverables to support greater brand awareness and engagement/views.
- Create and share content regularly to Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.
- Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
- Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
- Assisting with daily front desk operation such as Check-inn and Check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries or complaints and updating records.
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
- Processing guest payments.
- Any other task assign by supervisor/management.
