- Make Facebook reels and short videos regularly.
- Provide audio voiceover to various product scripts.
- Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
- Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
- Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
- Understand the needs of business customers.
