Job Description: As a Social Media Manager at Merit Tutors Ltd and Edu Service Ltd, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic social media strategy across various platforms. Your role will involve managing our brand’s voice, engaging with our community, and driving impactful campaigns that align with our company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will be both creative and strategic, with a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a strong online community.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and contests.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader company objectives.

Active Time: BD 2pm to 11pm (UK Time: 9am-5pm).
