Education

Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Proven experience (1+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities & Context

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to drive engagement, grow our audience, and enhance brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, platform management, content creation, and analytics. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to engage followers and create high-quality, relevant content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Identify target audiences and ensure engagement tactics are effective.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Content Creation & Curation:
    • Create, curate, and manage published content (e.g., original text, images, video) across all platforms.
    • Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to develop high-quality content.
  • Platform Management:
    • Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
    • Schedule and monitor posts, ensuring regular updates and community engagement.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
    • Adjust strategies based on data insights and business objectives.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Foster and manage strong relationships with the online community.
    • Monitor conversations around the brand, responding to both positive and negative comments.
    • Engage influencers and collaborate with relevant partners to expand reach.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, PR, product development) to support campaigns and initiatives.
    • Maintain a strong brand presence and voice consistent across all digital channels.
