- Must have good knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, and YouTube Studio.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
- Excellent writing & communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Trend-savvy, creative thinker, and team player.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage all official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, create, and post engaging content regularly.
- Work with the design & video team to develop creative visuals and reels.
- Write attractive captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to boost reach and engagement.
- Handle messages, comments, and online customer interactions professionally.
- Assist in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
