Responsibilities & Context
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Reply to comments, inbox messages & audience queries professionally
- Moderate community engagement and maintain brand tone
- Publish and schedule posts, reels, videos & stories regularly
- Write engaging captions, hashtags & post descriptions
- Coordinate with content, design & video editing team
- Monitor page performance, reach, engagement & audience insights
- Handle boosting coordination and campaign support
- Track trends and suggest viral content ideas
- Maintain fast response time for leads and customer queries
