As a Social Media Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our organization’s online reputation and cultivating engaging interactions across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include monitoring user-generated content, responding to comments and messages, enforcing community guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to address complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor social media channels; and Facebook Page for user-generated content, comments, and messages.
Engage with followers by responding promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries.
Enforce community guidelines to uphold a positive and respectful online environment.
Identify and address inappropriate or offensive content, escalating issues as necessary.
Collaborate with the social media team to develop strategies for community engagement and growth.
Generate reports on community feedback, trends, and issues for management review.
Assist in the creation and management of social media content, including scheduling posts and publishing updates.
Stay informed about our organization’s products, services, and industry to provide accurate information and support to followers.
