Responsibilities & Context
Client Query Response:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries from social media platforms and the company website in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Management:
- Oversee online sales activities, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and arrange deliveries, providing necessary customer support when needed.
- Resolve any client related issues over the phone.
Key Notes:
- Office hours: 10 AM to 6 PM, six days a week. There are no off-days during Ramadan. Special allowance is provided for government holidays.
- Must be open for new job responsibilities whenever required.
