Spreeha Foundation is a nonprofit organization providing access to affordable and quality healthcare for low and middle-income communities of Bangladesh by building a hyper-local tech-enabled urgent care network.
AmarLab is a health mobility company that works at the intersection of healthcare, logistics, and data with a mission to make healthcare easily accessible to everyone, everywhere. AmarLab brings diagnostics to customers’ doorsteps and takes care of all the logistics.
- What we are looking for:
- Social Media Senior Executive will be responsible for managing social media channels and online presence. The job is to create engaging content, grow the company’s online footprint, and increase brand awareness.
- The Social Media Senior Executive will formulate social media strategy aims to elevate Spreeha’s profile from a donor-dependent non-profit to a high-impact organization. He/She will ensure that our communications showcase the scalability, impact, and potential of our urgent health care model while also aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
- In Parallel, strategize AmarLab social handles by showcasing AmarLab services. He/She will be instrumental in gaining the trust of our users through related contents, Ads, campaigns, Lead generations and other online engagements. Promoting AmarLab over online platforms to existing & prospective users so that they come back to us again.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with organization goals and objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Manage the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.
- Grow the company’s social media following and increase engagement with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, track, and analyze metrics, and adjust the social media strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creative development.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and continually improve the company’s social media presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Communications, Sales) to ensure alignment with digital marketing goals.
- Create forward-thinking strategies that drive engagement and sales.
