Duty Station: Dhaka, Bangladesh (Home Based/Office) with fieldwork
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Contract Type: Contract with E-Zone.
Contract Start Date: Immediate
Reporting to: Child Protection Specialist, Child Protection Section.

A. Purpose

The purposes of this assignment are to:

Improve the coordination, and monitoring of the social service workforce strengthening initiatives of UNICEF and the European Union with the Ministry of Social Welfare and the Department of Social Services.
Enhance the capacity of the social service workforce, and community volunteers and strengthen Community Based Child Protection Committee members.
Enhance the capacity of local registrars for improving birth and death registration.

The consultant will get BDT 125,000-160,000 (maximum) per month based on education and experience.
