Ensure developers have a clear understanding of business processes to transform them into system functionalities.
Maintain project plans, schedules, and issue logs to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate meetings between team members and stakeholders.
Report project progress, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.
Have a strong understanding of SDLC and ensure projects follow best practices.
Ensure quality standards are met at every phase of development.
Handle change management processes between clients and developers.
Prepare detailed documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.
Write technical proposals such as RFQs (Request for Quotation) and project reports.
Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager as required.
Any other tasks assigned by the project manager.
