Additional Requirements

Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Django, React, and Next.js.

Frontend development expertise using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Angular.
Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes (AWS, GCP, Azure is a plus).
Proficient with version control systems, especially Git.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Summary:

NetCom Learning Bangladesh is seeking a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, with specific experience in WordPress, PHP, Python, Django, and Node.js. In addition, deep knowledge of Django and frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js is required. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our websites and Learning Management Systems (LMS), while also integrating external APIs to improve system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and secure web applications using WordPress, PHP, Python, Django, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
Design and implement robust frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration.
Customize WordPress themes and develop plugins for enhanced functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver website and LMS features.
Integrate and manage external APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, debugging, and optimization of websites and LMS platforms.
Ensure high standards of code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and proactively implement best practices and new technologies.
