Additional Requirements

- Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development, with experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions.
- Proven ability to manage and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Preferred Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
- Led and mentored a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Establish technical roadmaps and set project milestones, while tracking progress and managing risks.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to the team in key areas such as architecture, design, and troubleshooting.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Foster a collaborative team environment while encouraging professional growth and technical development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, technical challenges, and solutions.
