Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in Python and Django, with the ability to build REST APIs and web applications.
Experience with Selenium for browser automation and a deep understanding of web scraping and web-based RPA automation.
Understanding of Pandas for Data Handling- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is desirable.
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and APIs is a plus.
Understanding of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Soft Skills :

We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with expertise in Python, Django, and Selenium to join our innovative team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions that streamline and automate critical business processes, optimizing efficiency and productivity across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and deploy automated workflows using Python, Django, Selenium, and various RPA tools.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA solutions to automate complex workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
Build robust, secure, and maintainable applications using Python and Django, ensuring high-quality code standards and performance.
Develop and execute browser automation scripts using Selenium, integrating them into RPA workflows for seamless end-to-end automation.
Integrate RPA solutions with existing software applications, databases, and APIs to create cohesive automation ecosystems.
Conduct testing and debugging of RPA scripts, Selenium automations, and Django applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements based on evolving business needs.
Document automation workflows, technical specifications, and integration processes to support scalability and future maintenance.
Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies and best practices, actively contributing ideas for process improvement and innovation.
