Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++.
Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
and Experience with Git, JIRA, React, and Spring Boot.
Web design and application and software based data management.
Ability to web design, web based data management, application development, CRM application and all other software issues.
Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Further, the employee needs to have fluency in spoken and written English.

Background

DoPeace.org is a donor agency providing financial support to NGOs to implement the slum based childrens education program. We need to software skilled person to lead and manage our technology initiatives, support software and application development, oversee remote networking, and enhance our online education platforms. The ideal candidate will also manage CRM applications and website design, SEO, ensuring seamless digital experiences for our organization and clients.

Duration

The employee will initially be hired for a one-year term and it may extend for further period even for uncertain period.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Software Engineers (male/Female) duties and responsibilities, which are essential but not limited to:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to lead and manage our technology initiatives, support software, web based data management and application development

Oversee remote networking, and enhance our online education platforms.
The ideal candidate will also have considerable idea and experience on website design, ensuring seamless digital experiences for our organization and clients.
Familiarity with software related tools and technologies such as Git, Jira, and AWS.
Writing clean, efficient code and understanding algorithms, data structures
Develop and maintain software applications using Java, Python, and C++.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions using Agile methodologies and used Jira and other project management tools to track progress and prioritize tasks.
Database management for storing, retrieving, and manipulating data in software applications. It involves designing efficient database schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity and security. Proficient in database management to build scalable and reliable software systems.
Manage source code using Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests and
Deploy applications to AWS, utilizing cloud-based technologies such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Monthly consolidated salary is BDT 40,000/- (Consolidated) but we may offer higher salary in case of highly potential candidate.
