Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience in building enterprise-level systems based on PHP including configurations and customization.
- Proficient knowledge on LAMP stack is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving and programming skills are highly recommended.
- Clear concept in OOP and a very good understanding of design pattern is necessary.
- Integrate with plugins when required, write scripts to automate routines and processes.
- Planning and implementing API integrations with third parties when required.
- Analyze business processes, and user requirements to implement new functionalities in PHP based systems.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of development process and remain current on trends.
- Good command on English and experience in client communication
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments occurring simultaneously.
- Understanding dev-ops and server-side support skills are added advantage.
- Strong aptitude to learn new technologies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects for self and others
- Creativity, self-driven & must be business minded as opposed to engineering minded

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications using the PHP framework.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing performance optimizations and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
