Additional Requirements

Proven experience in the utilization of application software, operating systems and database servers.
Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of Billing, Accounting, and RMG-based ERP software systems are mandatory.
Meticulous record-keeping practices for maintaining clear documentation of client communications for future reference.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional patience and the ability to effectively interact with users of varying technical proficiency.
Fluency in both English and Bangla, with strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a professional demeanor, are essential.
Willingness to travel outside Dhaka for on-site support purposes as required.

Understand the software process and rigorously test the functionality of software components.
Facilitate end-user adoption of the software systems through effective knowledge transfer and training.
Perform installation and configuration of the software in client-side servers and PCs.
Provide assistance with data entry processes.
Deliver end-user support to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Develop and implement innovative methodologies to enhance troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.
