You’ll collaborate with development teams to create and execute effective test strategies, identify and resolve defects, and improve testing processes. Job Responsibilities:

• Design and Execute Test Plans for Mobile and Web Applications: Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for both mobile and web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and stability.

• Conduct Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Testing: Perform testing across different browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance and user experience on web and mobile platforms.

• Identify and Report Defects: Thoroughly document defects with clear and reproducible steps, working closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely fixes.

• Perform Functional and Non-Functional Testing: Conduct various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and security tests, to ensure software meets all quality standards.

• Automate Test Cases: Create and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for critical application areas.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with development, product, and support teams to understand user requirements and ensure alignment in the quality process.

• Track and Communicate Testing Progress: Provide regular updates on testing status, issues, and risks to the project team, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.

• Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in testing tools, techniques, and processes to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
