Additional Requirements

Hands-on experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus.
Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, Cypress, Pupeteer etc.
Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, status codes, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and JSON/XML data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience with automated test suites for RESTful and SOAP APIs to test API endpoints and back-end services.
Exposure to healthcare data flows, including EHR/EMR integrations; HL7/FHIR, PHI, and HIPAA compliance implications.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to query databases for testing purposes.
Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter) or security testing practices.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, TestRail, Confluence.

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and/or automated).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
Log, track, and verify bugs using JIRA.
Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
Contribute to test documentation and QA process improvements.
Work with CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and continuous delivery.
Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with business stakeholders.
