Job Overview: We seek a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled in identifying opportunities, and committed to exceeding targets.
Employment Type: Full-time and in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
*Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
*Present, promote and sell products/services to new and existing clients.
*Conduct thorough needs analysis to provide tailored solutions.
*Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
*Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
*Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
*Foster strong client relationships through regular digital interactions and in-person visits.***
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions.
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
*Familiarity with the software/IT industry is a must.
*A bachelor’s degree is a must in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

- Festival Bonus: 2
For 1st – 6th month: 10% Sales incentive on amounts above 250,000 BDT
From the 7th month onward: 3% on amounts above 250,000 BDT
