Reporting tools Crystal Report, SSRS, RDLC .
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience using debugging tools and techniques to identify application issues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support .NET C# Software Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in .NET and C# development,with a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing applications.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for existing .NET applications, resolving issues and minimizing downtime.
Analyze and debug C# code to identify root causes of application issues.
Write and execute SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.Modify Complex SQL Query with optimize way.
Collaborate with the development team to implement bug fixes and performance improvements.
Document issues, resolutions, and changes to improve team knowledge.
Interact with end-users and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
