- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar system design, installation, and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers in solar project installations and maintenance.
- Design and supervise solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar energy solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and project plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and renewable energy regulations.
- Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion.
- Train and guide team members to maintain high work standards and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
